Hi everyone,

I definately have to start by saying the night life around Caval av is just not safe. If you bring your family to surfers paradise don't go out after 8pm especially during schoolies.

I have witnessed disturbing things happen at surfers paradise from clubs to the streets outside the clubs (brawls, drunken idiots).

Apart from this negative side, the beach is great and there are some night units for a holiday and views are also impressive .

Hello everyone!

I must admit I absolutely love going to Southport for holidays, very affordable and amazing views. Being so close to attractions like seaworld is also great and not to mention the many more attractions the Gold Coast has to offer.

The only down point I can say is probably parking, there is limited parking in some areas but generally not to bad considering its a busy suburb!.

Very impressed the first time I went and I will be looking at an investment unit some time in the next phew years in the suburb.

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of friends that have recently moved to Marsden and I have lived close by the area for many years. The area is showing a lot of growth and development right now with some nice family homes (home and land packages) coming out for sale.

The only down point which I have noticed in the area the amount of loud hoons at night which speed up and down the main streets of Marden but can be heard from far away, and also late at night you see some drunken teenages walking around the streets staring straight at you when your driving home late at night.

That said a nice neighbourhood with lots of affordability and new comers.

I just wanted to express my opinion of Slacks Creek, I have lived there in the past and am very familiar with Logan City suburbs.

Slacks Creek has been an area which in the past has been known for crime (however I never came accross this when I was living there) and the odd hoons doing burn outs up kingston road. I must admit the area has definately experienced considerable growth over past phew years though, there seems to be more good coming in and the bad being pushed out.

I have friends in Slacks Creek and when I visit the area it seems alot quiter and there are a lot more renevated houses these days. There also appears to be more families and kids playing on the streets then I remember.

The general locan city property charts are expecting Slacks Creek to be one of the higher growing areas due to its location being in the middle of everything.

Hi everyone,

I live in Kingston and lived in may different suburbs in the Logan City area so I thought I would share my thoughts on Kingston. The area is basically like this, you have 1 house out of every 10 that seems to have some strange characters that you wouldnt make conversation with, however there are a lot of nice people. Close to shops and the logan motorway which is good access through to the city. Overall I have enojed my stay and havnt had to many negative experiences in the area.
