We lived in Truganina for over 6 months now and still love it. We previously lived in the outer eastern suburbs and proprety prices were completely unaffordable. Working in the city it is easy for me to get in and out of the city via the freeway or train. With the new regional rail link to open up in the coming years this will only help further. Compared to the eastern suburbs I would have been paying twice the amount for a property within 22 kms of the city.

There are a lot of developments and building going on at the moment which can be annoying however the upside being in the next 5 years most will be finished.
