Contains a mixture of victoiran, edwardian and modern residential homes and apartments.

Surrounded by St James park, Hawthorn's most affluent streets and the rejuvinated Burwood Road commercial and retail strip. Very close to Hawthorn Station and tram number 75. The 48 and 70 trams are also within walking distance. Expect to hear noise from the trains and trams.

An IGA supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The shops of Glenferrie Road and the cafes of Bridge road are nearby. IKEA / Victoria Gardens is equally close.

Don't forget that the Yarra River walking and bike paths pass through this area.
