Tarneit

"Lots of schools, no traffic on roads, shops close by with plenty of future building plans"

Lived in a few suburbs in my time, but Tarneit has been the best so far. Love being able to get onto the highway for work with 5 minutes, not having to stop for traffic lights every minute or get stuck at intersections. Plenty of private schools to chose from with many new public schools being opened also. Shops close by, with new mini-malls being built on every corner. Future Train station being built will increase propert values along with new roads and businesses.

20 minutes drive to the city.

Great for

  • Future Infrastructure
  • No Traffic Congestion
  • 30 minutes from city
  • Parksand Recreations and child care centers
  • Plenty of Schools
  • Railway Station under construction

Becard Way

"The Rise Tarneit, on the rise!"

Built a home in this new estate just over 3 months ago and has been a pleasure so far. Even though Tarneit is considered an "Outer West" Suburb, coming from a "Inner West Suburb" I find it much easier and faster to get to the CBD from here as there is much less traffic. Shopping is also a delight as they are not filled to the brim as the population is still fairly low compared to most others. Everything is a quick drive away, so a car is a must at the moment as public transport still needs to be heavily developed in the area (I.e. Buses). Plenty of child care centres for those growing families and never too far away from a park or playground. The roads are being expanded or fixed which will make the area even better when it's all completed.

Tarneit is a place where even though the prices are low because it seems like 'it's in the bush', will be in high demand in the future. So if you're planning on staying put for years to come, I highly recommend Tarneit is the place for you!
