for a small town it has ALOT, hositpals, primary and high schools, shops, police station, hardware store, servos, pubs, and the traditional Saturday market , new families moving in all the time! areea getting more expensive!, we are loving the move!!!!

Frankston is an amazing place. and for people who bag it out, you only have shallow minds, you stick to your Brighton are Tooraks.

If your a young family starting out, or an avid investor frankston certainly has changed and the stigma is well gone. There is so much to do in frankston its the major hub in the south and i definitely wouldnt live anywhere else.

as ive said to a few more people frankston is ahold now for sure!

i think i did hear of a propasal to make nepean hwy a one lane through the centre of frankston. dont think that would work but i see there idea there going for.

Also in frankston whistlestop estate seems to be getting most of the boom due to the peninsula link, 5 years ago youd never buy there, now with peninsula link well and truely running that seems to be taking most of the boom.

as the saying goes "build it & they'll come" which is such a true statement. all this developments everywhere will make frankstons house price really soar

Perfectly positioned, Gairloch drive is an amazing street, such amazing neighbourly spirit.

Kick the footy in the street like the old days and invited people over in the street for a dinner gathering.
As everyone has said it's position is paramount and you can access so much from where you are. and thanks to the peninsula link freeway opening up skye road is super quiet now.

I'd definitely buy in here again if another house came up for grabs.
As real estate agents say, location, location, location. It's perfect!!!!!!!
