In my opinion, the best parts of Essendon are between Cooper Street and Lincoln Road - this takes in Mar Lodge Estate and some other prestigious streets that surround the estate.

Very close to trains and tram stop as well as an elevated pocket toll so many homes have city views of they are built up.

Expensive to buy into, and people rarely leave so the hardest part is actually finding a property on the market to buy into. If you do get a chance to experience living in Essendon, I doubt you'll ever leave.
