"True gem - quiet and close to everything!"
Friendly neighbourhood, quiet, safe, surrounded by ample of food choices, next to Footscray and Highpoint, about 8km to the city - most importantly, properties are still very affordable.

"never knew how good this place is until I moved here"
happy with almost everything, besides the slight delay in morning traffic inbound towards the city - but cant complaint, used to live in southeast, not much difference during peak hours (westgate is not that bad!)

- Close to the cbd
- Totally unique family lifestyle
- Golf course and lake
- High ROI
