Kings Langley

"Best suburb in Sydney!"

Have been living in Kings Langley for a number of years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
M7 and M2 partically surround the suburb with a 5 mins drive to the nearest station. There are buses that frequent the main roads in the suburb to Blacktown, Castle hill, Seven Hills station and Parramatta t-way service.
There is almost not traffic, expect for peak hour at the Seven Hills rd and Joseph Banks Drive intersections and from James Cook to Sunny Holt Road.
There are local doctors, dentist, physios and numerous natural and alternative therapist in the suburb and close by is Norwest Private Hospital and Blacktown Public Hospital. Neighbouring suburbs also house many medical professionals.
There are 2 primary schools in Kings Langley and many primary and secondary schools, both government and non-government, in nearby suburbs.
The house prices and rental potential are always on the increase so it's a great investment area.
Although there may not be a huge number of nightlife, eating out/pub, secondary school options actually in Kings Langley, the surounding suburbs offer plenty within a few minutes drive.
