"Perfect Place"
I have seen many haters and lovers of this suburbs , but at the end its a personal choice so,
HATERS stay out and shut up if you don't like and can't afford living in this nice, safe and quite suburb.
LOVERS enjoy the beautiful summer nights in cafe's, walking and running with no fear till late or early morning. Best place to raise kids NO JUNKY, NO STATE HOUSES , NO STREET CRIMES

- Beautiful, clean, incredibly green, safe, quiet, and friendly neighbourhood

There is State Government housing as well as community housing in the apartment complexes. There are also "award of the state" houses. I work in a government agency and this is fact. As for crime, if you follow the police link for your suburb you will find its actually equal with the Eliazabeth suburbs. Mawson Lakes is Salisbury with a nice name. And as for having money.. anyone with money does not live here so get off your high horse. Its a middle income suburb.
Exactly. The haters are just jealous that they can't afford buying a house in Mawson Lakes, and like to have a go about it!
