"Perfect Place for a Tree Change"

Mariginiup is a small community abutting the Gnangara-Moore River State Forest. It is on the northern outskirts of Perth being 27 kms away. It is the perfect place to transition to country living while still being in reach of the city and suburbs.

"Home of the Jarrahdale State Forest"

Illawarra is made up of vacant land mainly taken up by the Jarrahdale State Forest. It is a beautiful and tranquil place to visit. There are BBQ facilities available so you can make a day of it in the great outdoors.
