"City away from the City."
Very very very close to the station, shops, restraunts, bars... well.. everything really.
You dont need a car at all, people are friendly and its just a compfy city really.
The street is called Hassall st but there is no hassal really.. :)

"Im Very Satisfied!!!"
I LOVE GRANVILLE! Been Living here for 23 years and im completly satisfied with everything... I would not move from here.. Its a place where you can call home. Its a very convienient LOCATION and is centre Sydney and basically next door to Parramatta.

Hi Millzdee, I am glad to hear that you have been living happily in Granville for 23 years. I bought one of my 2bed investment property (the tall standing appartment next to the Granville station) 2 years ago when it was off-planed, which now gives me good rental income, negative gearing tax return + more potential on capital grownth.
