"Crime"

We have lived here for 1 year and have heaps of issues with hoons and crime. not happy

Thanks Ameli, yes we are just on the boarder of coobellup. We have decided to sell now. I don't think that Kardinya is the area for us. Such a shame we thought it would be more family friendly. I am also having problems with transport. And there are no local restuarants or shops that are very good. I have heard Melville is great for all of that we will be looking there. If we can afford it. Thanks Bron

"A wonderful place for families, great school and new park, excellent coffee and restuarants."
Melville is centrally located to the beach, river and CBD. 10minutes to all of those. Melville has a wonderful community. Great restaurants and public transport, to freo, Perth and Garden city. 
Highly recommended suburb.
