"Castle Hill – what a great place to live!"
To many people’s surprise, Castle Hill is only 31 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD and outside of peak hour is a comfortable 30 minute drive along the M2. It is a very well established area of Sydney having been first settled more than 200 years ago. In the past 20-30 years, Castle Hill has experienced incredible population growth and is continuing to grow at a rapid rate with a current population of well over 30,000 people.
Castle Hill is central to the Sydney’s Hills District which is well known for one of the best places in Sydney to raise a family. With high quality schools, amenities, accommodation, transport, shopping, sporting facilities, entertainment, employment opportunities and a strong sense of community, it truly is a great place to live!
As a Finance Broker, I have also found the Castle Hill area to be an excellent place to do business with many of my clients residing within the Hills District. Whilst most of the residents in Castle Hill are second and third home buyers, there is still plenty of opportunities for First Home Buyers in surrounding suburbs including Rouse Hill, Baulkham Hills and Kellyville.

The company went into voluntary liquidation in 2012 with millions of dollars in losses to clients' from 2007-2012.
After founding the company, Mr Ryan convienently resigned as Director just weeks before the liquidation.
