"A totally unique lifestyle so close to the CBD"

We have lived in Sanctuary Lakes for about four years and would never move anywhere else. With the lake and golf course surrounds it is so beautiful and well kept. People have built some absolutely beautiful and unique homes around the lake and golf course and throughout the rest of the estate. Another reviewer wrote that this area is the Toorak of the West and I must agree in terms of what is on offer and how this area is viewed locally. Great location if you want to meet new people and immerse yourself in the local community, or if you prefer to keep to yourself you can do this too as the estate is massive. One big highlight of the estate is the golf course for us and all of our family now plays. The La Broque academy offer a great junior golf academy for kids and both of our kids practice regularly at the driving range. Needless to say this is a great place to bring up kids.

  • Totally unique family lifestyle
  • Close to the cbd

Who lives here?

Unique homes? - what a joke! 99% of the houses here are stock standard volume builder mcmansions - they are big and cheap.

This review is just an ad for the private golf course.

Rubbish, 99% of the house are stock standard. All people need to do is drive around the area to soon learn that your comment is BS.
You really are keen to bag the area out burntbad (based on all of your postings). Are you sure you're not trying to drive property values down, so you can buy into the area?

@ Rdfsee. Your comparrison to Toorak is ridiculous! I strongly supect that you have never been to Toorak or you would never allow yourself to sound so stupid! "in terms of what's on offer" Hello?? Best you get in your car and check out Toorak to see the error of your comment!
