Epping

"Best place to raise a family"

A leafy suburb with a selection of great schools and well connected via metro, trains & buses. CBD, Chatswood & Parramatta are all within a 30-35 minute commute and despite being so strategically located, I find Epping to have a great community vibe.

I have lived there for a few years and enjoyed every moment of it. I much prefer Epping over lower/upper North Shore where the cost & lack of convenience far outweighs any benefits.

Brucedale Avenue

"Best street in Epping"

Brucedale is a quiet street that is close to everything. Epping aquatic center is only a stone's throw away and about a 7 min walk to the station.

Neighbours are all very friendly and I really enjoyed living there.

Auburn

"Strategically located suburb with great potential"

Strategic location with great food and diversity. It will just be a matter of time that people'e perception of Auburn will change and property prices will increase dramatically.

Just look at Marrickville. 10 years ago it was considered as an inner city slum and now it is filled with million dollar properties.

Great for

  • Close to city
  • Shopping
  • Parks
  • Affordable property
  • Well connected to transport
