"Beaumont Waters Berwick : The Place to bring up a happy family"

Well I have lived her now for six years in Beaumont Estate.First of all I would have to say it has been the best move I have ever made.As I have moved all around Australia due to my work commitments in the mines. I did a lot of research at the time before buying.I wanted a safe street where my children can play with out the worry of cars racing past.I also wanted a tidy estate where every one is very house proud .You will not find any car jacked up on the nature strip here or many unmowed lawns on a Sunday which makes it very pleasent on the eye.Only 100 meters there is a lake and park where there is a walking track that brings you to a wooden bridge which joins Berwick Springs lakes. The private schools just less than 8 minutes walk is so handy where I don't have to get in trafic jams and fighting to find a safe parking spot to drop off the kids and best of all no stress when the kids can choose to walk. The prices in this small exclusive estate has nearly doulbled since moving here.Houses once listed generally sell with in 4 to 6 weeks in this area as new buyers are looking for what I was looking for myself . The estate is very safe at night where you can walk all hours and bump into people you get to know. These days to many people are afraid to walk at night but this estate there is a safe feeling while out .The shopping is great at Eden Rise where you have Coles and other fast food outlets in the shoping center.Aldi super store has just opened as well to keep competion strong and keep prices down.Let not forget the heart of Berwick it self where it all started many years ago .It has a nice country charm feel about it and the service from shop keeper makes you feel that you have travelled back in time with that old fashion service still around making Berwick a very special place to live. You will not find any commerial airlines flying over your house or nasty factory close by polluting our freash air .I travel to North Melbourne Mon -Friday and only takes me 45 minutes leaving at 6.15am and 1 hour return leaving city at 4pm .Yes the Berwick Bypass has been good but due to a lot of people moving out to pakenham has made traffic a bit slower going home. I don't mind the travel if I know Iam comimg home away from the city pollution to some fresh country air.Well I hope this has change your mind about moving away from the big city smoke to the South Eastern Suburbs. And one more thing all the people I have met in my area are very friendly and will stop to have a chat and say good day..and I must give credit to the Boys in Blue for keeping the city safe.
