Moorooka
"Moorooka has many sides. Here's one."
Moorooka ranges from industrial and low-cost rental on the Ipswich Rd side of Beaudesert Rd., to high-end residential on Toohey Forest and everything in between. I don't know a location in Brisbane more convenient to the city, shopping and entertainment, universities (3), schools, hospitals and other facilities. Living on Toohey Forest is a special experience, 10 minutes from the city, in a serene bushland setting. Typically in summer it feels 5 degrees cooler than the city and low riverside suburbs. Very suited to city and university workers and business owners along the Beaudesert Rd / Ipswich Rd corridor.
