This is clearly the best street in Edithvale. Lochiel avenue is located in, what residents call, "the golden triangle of Edithvale" where the houses are expensive, big and beautiful. The street is lined with old trees. It is close to the beach, public transport, schools and next to parks and golf course...what more could you wish for? The houses are beautiful and well looked-after. The neighbours are friendly and everybody knows each other.

I LOVE Edithvale. More and more young people are moving here and more and more stylish cafes and restaurants are opening. I would never want to move anywhere else. House prices are still reasonable but definitely rapidly increasing. Beautiful houses on large properties!! Best beach in Victoria...white sand as far as the eye can see!!!!!
