We have recently moved to this area and here is what we've found:

- Very nice and peaceful neighbourhood
- We live on 400 – 500 meters distance from Eastlink, but we can’t hear any noise inside or outside the house due to very good sound-proof barriers.
- Traffic is low to average and it seems to me that the local council has spent lots of money to fund speed bumps in the area forcing the hoons out of the area
- Public transport is excellent, with bus lines to major shopping centres and train stations
- Access to public and private hospital and schools
- Many childcare centres
- Great parks and reserves are very close to the area
- Property prices are going up in the area as Dandenong North is emerging as a family living hub
