"Outstanding neighbourhood and everything's close by . . . including the CBD"
Lived in Taylors Lakes for about 5 years before moving out, loved the place to bits. There just isn't any fault to it, a lot of greenery, distinguished and kind neighbours, low crime rates, quiet, and clean. It has a very homely and yet professional feel to the place. The council looks after the suburb really well.
Only problem is the pricing. You need to have an above average income to live here (single person). Parking is a problem at the train station (so get in early!).
Great for
- Parks
- Safety
- Great looking houses with beautiful leafy trees
- Train station
- Shopping complex
- Great Sense of community
- Schools
