We have lived in Ascot Vale for over 10 years, making the move from the CBD. We chose this suburb because it is a very short drive to the CBD/work, close to great parks/daycare/schools for the kids and very short drive to the best hospitals. A very underrated suburb that has had a huge influx of young families over the last 6 years, which is great for the neighbourhood. Mooney valley council really looks after this neighbourhood well.
