This property is located in some of the best part of the Lower Esplanade. The land is huge and a 2 story home would get the best views of the bay as well as the scrub.

This may not have an Esplanade address nor an Esplanade price, but it's almost every bit as good with the beach a handy 1 minute walk away. The house is large and leaves very little to be done with it. I can imagine a decking in the front to enjoy that seaside living and views to the beach. Just one house back from the Esplanade, this represents great value.
