We have not been here long, there is still a lot of developing happening, every one seems to be very friendly walking along the promenade. Everyone who walks their dogs are great, they have good control of their pets. I am very impressed by this as i can take my naughty little dog out for a walk knowing all those great people, have their lovely dogs under control.

One other thing I think there should be more rubbish bins placed along the lake.
