More and more normal people moving in so will safety and education is improving each semester.
Lots of food options and 12mins train to cbd.

Great suburb, highpoint and the river close by. Medium density means infrastructure will continue to expand while keeping the spaces and nature.

Very close to cbd.

Has trams running to city amd footscray.

Turning into mini cbd. Alot of development both commercial and residential.

Suburbs changed alot. The closer to the city the better part of braybrook. The closer to sunshine the worse.

Cheapest suburb considering its proximity to the city.

Close to highpoint and central west.

Close to tottenham and sunshine railway station.

Nice suburb where neigbours look out for each other. Big clean and bright footpaths with plenty of room. A lot of small parks and good facilities scattered around the suburb. Especially dog friendly parks with its own obstical course. 

In between footscray, west footscray, and maribyrnong which all cost more so this place is good value. 

Many food and shopping options on from essex street to barkley street as well as highpoint and central west.

Buses are ok but depending on what line you are on are not too reliable (anything above ballarat road).
