"Lovely place to live but very expensive"

beautiful place but very high rents.child care always full so wait list is 3yrs.good public transport but unfortunately no train lines.
.safe place otherwise.gud scholls.balgowlah next to manly is also very nice.
iam trying to rent somewhere in west bcause i cant afford the rent here but iam very disappointed to move away from this beautiful place.
gud place to live if u have money,car.unfortunately i have none.
