"Even better now with the Government Housing sold off"

Has always been perfect in terms of location (close to the city, airport, Curtin Uni, Perth Stadium and easy drive to beaches).
The knock on the area though was it used to have a bit of riff raff due to the Government housing, especially around the Eastern end of the suburb. That's all changed now due to the decision (in 2016) to sell them all off to the public, and that coupled with the amount of older homes being demolished and rebuilt as new developments has really transformed the place.
It's now a really pleasant area with lots of professional couples and families. Lots of parkland. Can't really fault it anymore.

Older homes demolished? How ignorant. The age of a house has nothing to do with your area improving. Look at Subiaco, Mt Lawley, Claremont and Peppermint Grove, lined with beautiful old character homes and some of the nicest places to live in Perth.
