"Laundry thief on the loose!"
I live in a small block of 5 apartments. Over the last couple of weeks, residents of 3 out of the 5 apartments have had laundry, specifically clothes, stolen from our two washing lines. This is the only negative of living here - the suburb is so well-serviced and convenient.

Stealing can occur even in the most affluent surburbs, especially if you live not fair from a train line, as most theft is done by those who do not live in the area. A lockable fence and living on the riverside is a better for you.
