Been here 6 months now, having moved from interstate. Lived in a planned community in Qld and it was great there too. Have found these planned communities really help to reinvigorate the neighbourly vibe that isn't as common in suburbs outside these communities. My neighbours know me by name, and we often talk when out and about. My GP waved at me at the shops! Becoming busy around the lake in warmer weather. So many fit people out exercising. Inspired to start exercising myself!
