I live with my husband in this is estate for +5 years. We both work in Parramatta - which is 20 minute walk. Public transport is good and the units are modern and spacious,
All our neighbours in our building own and live there - so we take pride in the place.
The area is good value - when you consider what the prices are for apartments in Parramatta,
The area is definetly worth considering if you are looking to buy an apartment in the area.
In betweeen two trainlines Parramatta and Liverpool. Fast train from granville is on 30 minutes to city.

This is one of the nicesst streets in the area. Close to major infrastructure, but yet in a whisper quiet location. As it is not a thoroughfare to other streets - local traffiic is basically consists of resident movement only.
Awarded the best street in the Hills district in 1988, The housing is well established, with basically all of the housing being owner occupied - with a well established neighbourhood. The iob demographic mainly consists of professional or medical professions.
Average tenure of the neighbours is 20 years plus, but not uncommon to meet residents in the street who have been living there over 30 years plus. The housing is a mixture of 1970s and 1980's housing styles.
This area would be appealing to younger families, who would like a bush outlook -without heading to outlier suburbs such as Castle Hill. Good schools are located a stones throw away. Parramatta CBD is located 20 mins away (in peak traffic).
Featuring a nice wide street with wide frontage housing blocks, along with underground cabling so no unsightly telegraph poles.
Definetly worth considering if you are looking for good quality, easily accesible but quiet location.

The estate is located right next to Parramatta. Great open spaces available next door with a large childrens park which caters for infants and kids a little older.
Good established community with a wide diversity of lifestyles (Eg singles, young families etc).
Walking distance to medical facilities, transport and great shopping at the new Stockland Mall.
A quick and peaceful 10 minute walk across the park to the train station.
