Truganina

"Convenient, Close to CDB, Affordable"

Pros;
Fast Takeaway for a quick feed (walking distance);
Maccas / KFC / Red Rooster
Better food choices and brunch (driving distance 5-10 mins);
Point Cook Town Centre, Williams landing shopping centre, Wyndam village, Wallace Avenue etc.
New Car Wash and 7 Eleven on Marquand road makes it easy to purchase last minutes things on the fly without venturing too far out
Ample number of medical centers - 3 along sayers road
Good amount of parks so that you can go for a quick jog
Alot of other shops along old Geelong road (Bunnings / Chemist Warehouse / Good guys / SuperCheap auto / Werribee Plaza etc if you need to shop for anything
Very close to the city and only takes around 30 minutes into the CDB when quite, 2 train stations that you can get on, either Williams landing or Tarneit station (depending whether you are on the start or tail end of Truganina.)
Good for young home buyers who want to get into the property market or rent while saving up for a deposit, my wife and I have been living here for almost 5 years and the suburb improves each year, more and more amenities being built as the population also becomes denser :)
More young professionals are slowly moving into the area, noticed this by talking to friends who are buying into the area as it is affordable/close proximity to the city and also it offers key amenities.

Cons;
No cafe\brunch\restaurants\shopping center yet at walking distance
Some new estates have NBN already, however the older areas are still running on ADSL 2, so hopefully we will get NBN soon too
