"Pin drop quiet"
Great road to live in. Very quiet yet close to the livelier areas of St Kilda if required. Residents are friendly and there is always a smile and hello.

"On the up"
St Kilda is a great place to live, there is always something going on and the other residents are very friendly. Lots of major developments happening at the moment which will only increase the desirability of the area.
