Girraween Grove

"Best street in Ashgrove"

We moved into Girraween Grove 3 years ago with our young family.

The street standards out for its parkland, character homes, and prime location in the Ashgrove Avenues.

The green space running through the middle of the street offers a leafy retreat for kids, while the distinctive Ashgrovian and art deco architecture adds distinct character.

Its proximity and flat walking path to Marist College/Flats, Dorrington Park, and the Enoggera Creek bikeway makes it an incredibly convenient spot for families (great for prams, little kids on bikes, dogs). The city is only a 10 min drive or 5 min walk to the bus stop for high school kids catching buses to city high schools.

Speaking of schools you've got Marist, Mt St Michaels, St Finbarrs, Mater Dei all nearby, and in the Ashgrove State School catchment.

Living here, you're part of a family-friendly community that values nature, heritage, and connectivity, making Girraween Grove one of the most desirable streets in Ashgrove.

"One of the best"

Character homes, low density, parks, great schools, great neighbors, 5km from the CBD. What more could you want from this quintessential Brisbane suburb.
