Brookwater

"Exclusive Neighbourhood"

Welcome to Brookwater, the premier golf community. The suburb is very green surrounded by parks and wildlife. It's also very clean and peaceful, shopping options are available at Orion in nearby Springfield Central or The Corner at adjoining Augustine Heights. The resale and rental value is high due to the prestigious homes. Brookwater is a very safe suburb with virtually no traffic on its beautiful tree lined roads. Your school options are for public: Augusta State School and Redbank Plains High School and for private: Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School, St Augustine's College, St Peters Lutheran College and The Springfield Anglican College. Although the homes are pricey it is well worth it because the blocks are big and the views are magical.

Great for

  • Surrounded By Parks
  • Posh Neighbourhood
  • Safe & Sound
  • Well Maintained
  • Very clean and quiet
  • Wonderful houses

Surfers Paradise
Editors Choice

"Surfers Paradise, Home To The Best Beaches In The World"

Surfers Paradise, World renowned for it's wonderful beaches, with golden sand and welcoming atmosphere. The are loads of eating out and shopping options around Cavill Mall and the nightlife there is excellent. There is a significent amout of traffic since its the main city in the Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise is pretty safe in the morning but nightime is a different story. It's pretty clean and green and the parks are excellent. It's pretty hard to find a parking space on public holidays, due to the roads being busy it's mostly noisy in central Surfers Paradise but it is more quiet towards the outskirts of the city like Paradise Waters, Cronin Island, Chevron Island and Isle of Capri.

Great for

  • Great Shopping Options & Eating Out

  • Great Parks and Recreation Areas
  • Good beaches
