Overpriced houses and the whole suburb is unsafe. Lots of crime in the area including robbery and break ins.

We really regretted getting an apartment in the CBD as supply is way larger than demand esp after covid, and the prices just kept dropping. Traffic is horrible during the week and parking is also expensive .
