Kongwak

"Cool kongwak, best market ever."

Kongwak is a sleepy country town that hosts the best Sunday market in the county. The kongwak market has not only great live music & food, it also has fantastic stalls that offer a wide variety of produce, art, clothes and much more. Get down to the market it’s a great day out.

Caulfield

"Caulfield a great community vibe"

Caulfield has a great cultural vibe to it as well as being an affluent suburb. The food is some of the best in Melbourne. If you're looking for a real estate agency for a rental or sales enquiry get in touch with Hodges Caulfield. I've used there service a few times and its been great.

Albert Park

"Albert Park the inner city gem"

I've spent a lot of time in Albert Park with work and living. Would highly recommend for those wanting an inner city suburb that is affluent. Close to the CBD, St kilda and MSAC, Albert Park really has it all. The night life isn't that great however as mentioned it's a short uber from the city or St kilda.

Ormond

"An affluent suburb close to everything."

I recently moved to Ormond (from Caulfield) and I have to admit it's great suburb. Close to north, centre, south rd with many cafes, shops, supermarkets in close proximity. Great schools for both primary and secondary along with superb public transport. Can get to the city in 25 mins on the train as well as to Chadstone shopping centre 10 minutes. Would recommend.

Cape Paterson

"Cape Paterson the place to be"

I grew up in Cape. There are so many great beaches and walking/riding paths to explore. Cape is underrated! Which is great as its not as busy as Inverloch however it has more to offer! Cape was a great place to grow up, it is also a fantastic place for a holiday house. Perfect for young families. I'd recommend checking it out, and once there, check out the 2nd surf for some decent surfing conditions.

Spotswood

"Very close to the Westgate Bridge!"

Spotswood is a small, trendy suburb located very close to the city and unfortunately the docks too. The Westgate bridge runs pretty much over the suburb meaning easy access to the other side of the Melbourne. Only a few stops from the city via the train you're never too far from anything.

St Kilda East

"Stunning St Kilda East!"

I have lived in St Kilda East for a few years now and I have to say it's a great area for all. Close to Public Transport, Chapel Street, Parks, The Bay and loads of Schools. I would highly recommend St Kilda East to anyone looking to move to the south east of Melbourne.
