"West Beach - the perfect location"

West Beach is a wonderful family friendly suburb located between Henley and Glenelg. It offers a lifestyle from within the simple original 1960's family homes to the million plus contemporary beachfront homes. There are great local shops and schools, the surf lifesaving club, a couple of restaurants and of course the beach. West Beach is the complete package.

Welland comprises of mainly character properties on large allotments. Traditionally an older ethnic generation, now fastly becoming an area for young families and executives given its close proximity to the CBD.
