I have been living here for the last 14 months and absolutely loving it. Moved here from Adelaide and I was sceptical due to some of the reviews but honestly it's the best place we have lived. After living in Sydney and Adelaide, Tarneit in Melbourne is just so much nicer and the cost is much more affordable. Homely feeling, many different nationalities all friendly with eachother, respect when you walk down the street many nice people who always greet you and make you feel at home. Lots of families with kids playing on the streets and at the parks. The shopping centre nearby is amazing and anything you need really is within 5 kms. We are just behind Coles off Tarneit road and we are also here to stay :)
