Very crowded trendy place. So many apartments has increased the amount of obvious foot traffic in the area. Great for local businesses however can feel noisy and hectic as not much green spaces. Easy access to the city, great for under 30yr, Singles, professionals. Library, parks, schools are however overcrowded.

My partner and I just moved into the area. We wanted suburba but close to the CBD for work and other areas for entertainment ( eg. Brunwick street, Highpoint shopping centre, DFO). We dont want to live in a centre of busyness and foot traffic but close enough to drive somewhere that does. Lovely people who are friendly and there is a nice community about it all. Lots of leafy green well maintain parks and streets. I like taking my dog out for a walk in my neighbourhood and the foot pavements are tidy. Lots of nice bunch cafes happening on weekends. All nice vibes.
