Baxter

"Baxter Park"

It is not often in this day and age that you can have an area of parkland with about 10 sporting Ovals. It has a Cricket, Football, Soccer, Tennis, Pony, Archery clubs that share these ovals as well as the countless schools, disabled and recreational groups. One of the most disappointing things about this great place is the facilities that the council has provided. They are run down and in need of an upgrade, it had been years and years since they have done any major works. They have had a 10 year master plan in place for the last 30 years, come on council get your act together and you really could make this place amazing.

"Great Place to Live"

I grew up on the street and it was fantastic, with so many trees to climb and space to run around and play it was great. Recommend this to any family with kids, blocks are 2/3 of an acre so plenty of room. School bus pick up at the end of the street, friendly residents around - all good.

"Bayside Living"

It has a great big park at one end of the street with a new playground and at the other are stairs that lead you down to the beach. The views are amazing here. A great street with some fantastic houses and townhouses.
