Seabrook

"Best living suburb in the Southwest!"

I have been living in this lovely town for quite a few years. I enjoy many things here which is hardly found in other suburbs
1. a top primary school with excellent teaching achievement and kids are learning all the skills in a happy and cooperative environment.
2. there are green area everywhere, many traces around a nice river , attracting dozes of joggers, dog-walkers and bike -riders.
3. there is a handy local town center where quite a few nice restaurants available.
4. Regarding the traffic, there is a handy train station within walking distance. Every day I drive to city for work, I have no trouble unless there is a smash somewhere in the way to westgate bridge. In most time , it takes me less than half an hour to pass bridge.(my start time is between 6:50 am and 7:15 am).
5. very nice neighbourhood feeling due to most homes are owner-occupied due to they don't want leave this loved suburb.
6. for shopping , within 2-3 km range , there are at lease three nice shopping centers.
7. less than 5 minute to reach Altona beach to enjoy the cool in summer or just walking along the beach.

There are much more nice ones I didn't mention and I am sure you will enjoy living here and raising your kids as I do!
