Moved to this street this year. It's really convenient to live here. Close to everything.. Shops, Station, Beach, School, Childcare, Kids play areas, Golf club, everything is less than 10 minutes by walk! Yet it's a quite street.
The neighbors are excellent, warm and friendly.
Love the street and love the suburb.

It's a dead end street of the main road, with only a dozen houses, quiet and peaceful.
Has a small park for small kids. Walking distance to shopping center, and 3 schools!
Swimming center nearby, and 24 hours gym and restaurants only few minutes walk away.

Except one house, all others are working people with jobs and families.

The house prices are going up sharp after all the housing commission houses got sold to private buyers few years ago.
