I have been living at Contessa Ct for 6 years and am still loving the location.
Very close to sanctuary lakes shopping centre (2 mins drive or 10 mins walk), close to my kids' school (8mins walk) and community centre (5mins).
Neighbours are friendly and helpful, love them.

The only thing I don't like is the lack of maintainence of some frond yards, well.... that is not my business I guess

Point cook has all the basic needs from shops to parks but not as many options as the east yet.
however given the price of the house, I wouldn't complain it (save me $300k for getting the same house at the same distance to City in the east)
The area is very peaceful and tidy, I love the parks and road design, very well organised.
Overall, it is a very good suburb.
