This suburb is quite often forgotten, next to Murdoch and Leeming. Having marketed a few porprties in this suburb, I have met many locals who ove it for it community and neighbourly charm. It is so handy to to Murdoch University and great freeway access.

Having lived in Victoria Park since 2005, I can vouch for it's liveability, convenience and community spirit.
The suburb is a real mix of young, old, familes, professional, owner occupiers and rentals.

The Albany Highway Cafe strip, runs through the suburb, we are so lucky to be spoilt for choice when it comes to cafes, restaurants, bars and eateries of all cuisines....
