"Best suburb ever" is a far cry from what it actually is... Very far out from practically anything creeping towards Officer & Pakenham. I'd buy an investment their no chance will i live that far from civilization. Plenty new developments going on in inner suburbs, smaller properties yet "location, location, location". Would take decades for this area to be on the map.
