"Crowded, no parking. Ruined by tourism."
Overdeveloped. No where to park. Crowded. Too many restaurants and cafes. No live music. Wealthier locals Park their cars anywhere they want. Selfish community.

"Great suburb that is out of tourism spotlight"
Lovely suburb. Cool shops. Beach is uncrowded. Fantastic live music at resort on weekends. Older parts have lively big blocks and wide roads.

"Played out"
Was a good suburb. Too much development now. Stick with Kewarra Beach instead. Also stay away from Lunicos restaurant. Terrible food.

Development isnt always a bad thing think of it as progression in the area.
"New suburb. Dry and boring."
Lived there for around 18 months. Boring as hell. All the houses look the same. Roads were so narrow they fit 1 car going down. Horrible.

Did you experience the older part with large blocks and beautiful established gardens? Each home has parking for several cars. Wallabies, butterflies, plentiful bird life abound.
Have you watched a sunrise from the unspoilt beach, or the steps up to the Bakarra track? I think you have missed so much!
