I lived in the st George areas all these years and now I have been living in the Seven hills area for around 7 years , and really like the place .Seven hills is a lot cheaper than the hills area but is also better connected by transport .You are surrounded by the m4,m2and m7 and the train station has like 2000 parking spots which would make it one of the biggest in Sydney in terms of parking .You can get a train in the peak hour to Parramatta 1st stop Parramatta.It takes 6 minutes and have done it many times .For shopping in close proximity to seven hills plaza ,Winston hills and Blacktown West Point for more variety.NBN has been around for over 2 years.Restaurants and cafes are close by Blacktown piazza up top has a good choice and Lilly’s in seven hills is a beautiful place.If you like walking with a creek view not far from seven hills station ,a nice walk with ducks in the creek and parks surrounding it.To sum it up Seven hills is quiet with nice bike and walking tracks ,Lovely families around ,Big blocks of land around 600sqmtrs.Well situated geographically.Pools close by also if you like to swim .Great value for money.It would be hard to beat anywhere in Sydney ,for bang for your buck .
