Having lived here for a while, I must say the neighbors are surprisingly friendly, creating a sense of community. However, the place has its quirks, with frequent petty crimes and occasional disruptions that make you question the overall safety. There's also a noticeable lack of upscale amenities, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. Despite the welcoming neighbors, my experience here has left me hesitant about recommending it to potential buyers who prioritize security and upscale living.
