Hi all, I'm new to the property investment game. I have friends who have bought and live in Heidelberg West. They say despite its old dodgy reputation, its changing fast and is a great place to live. Amazing bus transport routes that take you to the city in 35min; lots of trees, peaceful and quiet, close to major shops, etc, etc. Anyway, I'm looking to buy an investment property soon.
