Seven Hills

"Very convenience for transport and shopping. Affordable houses around Hills area, great potential!!!"

Been here for 1.5 yrs and it's been a great suburb to live in. Very close to M4, M2 and M7. Main train station with lots of parking spaces with express trains to city. The Seven Hills Centro shopping centre has everything including Woolworths, Coles and Aldi, as well as medical centre and discount stores. Blacktown Westpoint shopping centre is only 10 mins away and Castle Towers or Rouse Hills Town Centre are close by.

Although it's an old suburb, there are many new families moving in. Perfect for expanding families which are looking for the space of a house and do not want to pay strata. Do not expect luxury for that price but decent practical and peaceful environment is what you would expect in Seven Hills.

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Singles
  • Families with kids

So true and not to mention nice little cafes starting to pop up everywhere. I believe Seven Hills is set to boom because of the location to job possibilities and the improved infrastructure around Seven Hills. It has no choice but to grow. I have just written an article about this on our blog http://www.realestatesevenhillsnews.com.au/2013/06/blacktowns-infrastructure-will-it-keep-up-with-its-property-growth/
