Liverpool is growing faster and will be soon one of the best & expensive city to live in. Forget all comments in past. Liverpool is changing, soon it will be compared with Sydney CBD. Believe me in future you will see this city on a richest surburb & safest list, and that day is not far. New upcoming surburbs & apartments in and around Liverpool are worth investing now, or you will regret in future.
When I first came from UK people would not recommend me this surburb. But I started sharing with one of my Italian mate in this surburb, never came across any violence till this day. Sometimes it's good to explore areas yourself then to follow others instructions.
Funny thing about crazy people is they say surburbs close to Sydney CBD are good just because they are expensive. But what about drugs, brothels, abuse, unsafe night life around CBD, how can you rate them as safe & great .
It's just media misguiding people. Use your own thinking, invest in Liverpool now or you will miss the chance forever.
And if you are worried about schools there are best schools in the surburbs which has given Doctors, CEO's, Lawyers, Teachers & other great Professionals to this country.
Only thing counts is your child's capacity, rest all is fake.
